The Australian Association of Gerontology (NSW Division) is working with the NSW Office for Ageing to present the 2010 AAG Rural Conference which will be held on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 April 2010 at the Ballina RSL Club in Ballina in NSW's beautiful Northern Rivers region. Theme for the conference is 'Ageing at home: sustainable housing and communities for older people.'  The conference will provide the opportunity to discuss some key issues relating to housing and communities for older people and will be of interest to health and aged care practitioners, policy makers, reserachers and anyone interested in current issues in ageing.

The Organising Committee is calling for abstracts to be submitted for consideration as an oral or poster presentation.  Click here for full details.

Closing date for submission of abstracts is Friday 29 January 2010.
