The highlights of 2010 Conference are:

• The Australasian Academy of Functional Neurology (AAFN)  will combine forces with us and contribute speakers to both the Symposium and Conference program, as well as conduct a concurrent two-day post-conference workshop

 

• A one day international symposium on PTSD, Brain injury and Post-Concussion Syndrome, chaired by Professor Sandy MacFarlane, world authority on PTSD.  The symposiums will explore the unique contribution of neurotechnologies to developing personalised assessment and treatment in this extremely important clinical field.  ANSA will bring together various stakeholders as a think tank to share understanding and build partnerships across sectors such as health, education, welfare, justice, rehabilitation, and employment.  The Symposium will be chaired by Professor Sandy MacFarlane, head of the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Adelaide.  He is recognised as an international expert in the field of post-traumatic stress disorder.
